How it works

1. Link and publish: Connect the mailbox applications arrive at, and put your branded careers portal live so new openings collect candidates on their own.
2. Select and parse: Read the mail in-platform, tick the ones with CVs attached, and parse the batch into candidate profiles in one action.
3. Match and shortlist: Score candidates against the opening for a fit percentage. On AI plans, add a per-requirement breakdown and search the whole pipeline in plain English.
4. Interview and decide: Schedule on a free video room or your own Teams, collect panel feedback, then message the outcome by email or WhatsApp.

The AI drafts. You decide.

No parse and no score is ever saved on its own. Extraction produces a draft you review, and every judgement arrives with its reasoning attached, so you approve a conclusion you can see the basis for rather than trusting a number. A parser that files candidates unsupervised is one bad read away from losing you a good hire.

Restrained with your mailbox

Connecting a mailbox means handing over real access, so the system takes far less than it is granted. Message bodies are fetched when you open them and never stored. Attachment contents are kept only for files that pass your own type and size rules, or that you explicitly ask to parse.

Why we built it

Recruitment software usually fails in the same place: the gap between an application landing in a mailbox and it becoming something you can act on. That gap is filled by a person retyping CVs. Liberals Recruit closes it — mail is read where you hire, a batch of attachments becomes a batch of candidates, and every one of them can be scored against a live opening. What it will not do is decide quietly on your behalf. Every parse and every score is a draft with its reasoning attached, waiting for a person to approve it.
