Liberals PDF Pro
A full PDF editor that never uploads your file
A complete PDF workspace that runs entirely inside your browser tab. Open a contract, change the text in place, redact what shouldn’t be shared, fill in a form, sign it, and export — with the file never leaving your computer.

Features
In-Place Text Editing
Click a line of existing text and retype it. The original is masked and redrawn with matched position and size.
Form Builder
Add fillable text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns, radio buttons and list boxes to any PDF — then fill them back in yourself.
Real Redaction
Permanently strip covered text and images from the file itself — not a black box sitting on top of readable content.
Make Searchable (OCR)
Recognise text on scanned pages so the document becomes searchable and selectable, without changing how it looks.
Convert Anything to PDF
Turn images, a camera scan, or a Word or Excel file into a real PDF, right from the toolbar.
Page Management
Rotate, duplicate, delete, reorder and insert blank pages from a live thumbnail sidebar.
Fill & Sign
Draw, type or upload a signature and place it anywhere, with drag-and-resize handles.
Markup & Annotate
Highlight, strikeout, underline, shapes, stamps and custom fonts — everything you would reach for to mark up a document.
Compression
Shrink oversized PDFs before sending, with the output checked against the original.
How it works
- Open the file: Drag a PDF onto the page. It loads straight from disk into the browser — no upload bar, because there is no upload.
- Edit in place: Click any line of existing text and retype it. Add new text, images and signatures as objects you can drag and resize.
- Reorganise pages: Rotate, duplicate, delete and reorder from the thumbnail rail — or pull pages in from a second document in another tab.
- Export: Write out a clean PDF that reopens correctly in Acrobat and every major reader. The original is untouched on your disk.
Zero-upload architecture
The entire pipeline — parse, render, edit, export — executes in the browser sandbox. No file ever reaches a server, so there is no upload queue, no retention policy to trust and no breach surface.
- Documents are read from disk into memory and never transmitted
- Works offline once the page is loaded
- Nothing to delete afterwards, because nothing was stored
Coordinate-accurate editing
Every edit is stored in PDF content-stream space rather than screen space, so text and objects stay exactly where you put them regardless of zoom level or page rotation.
- Rotation-invariant object placement
- Text re-drawn at matched size and baseline
- Exports reopen cleanly in Acrobat and every major reader
Built for real documents
Scanned invoices, multi-hundred-page contracts and form-heavy government paperwork are the normal case, not the edge case.
- OCR turns scanned pages into searchable, selectable text
- Image region detection on scanned pages
- Cross-document page insertion
- Large files render progressively instead of blocking
In numbers
- 0 Bytes uploaded
- 100% Local execution
- ∞ Documents per session

Why we built it
Most PDF tools ask you to upload a confidential document to a stranger’s server, wait, and download it back. Liberals PDF Pro removes that step entirely. Parsing, rendering, editing and export all execute locally in your browser. Your contracts, statements and identity documents stay on your own hardware, because there is nowhere else for them to go.
