Liberals Office 369

Features
Works with the rest
The launcher also has tiles for Liberals PDF Pro and Liberals Surf. Install either one and its tile starts opening it; until then the tile takes you to its page. Post, our mail app, is coming soon.
Page — Documents
Write letters, reports and contracts the way you always have. Familiar toolbar, real page view, and it opens and saves .docx so nobody notices you switched.
Sheet — Spreadsheets
Formulas, tables and charts with full .xlsx compatibility. The functions you already know work exactly as you would expect them to.
Deck — Presentations
Build slides, present them, save as .pptx. It opens on whatever machine you end up presenting from, because the format never changed.
Canvas — Drawing
Diagrams, flowcharts and page layouts on a proper drawing surface — drag shapes, connect them, done. No separate tool to learn.
Sigma — Formulas
A dedicated editor for mathematical and scientific notation, for the moments a spreadsheet cell is not enough.
Vault — Databases
Tables, queries and forms for structured data you would rather keep on your own machine than in someone else’s service.
How it works
- Pick an app: The launcher opens all six — Page, Sheet, Deck, Canvas, Sigma and Vault — and switches between light and dark themes in one click.
- Open your existing files: Point it at the .docx, .xlsx and .pptx files you already have. It also reads the OpenDocument equivalents.
- Work offline: Everything runs locally. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is synced, and no connection is required at any point.
- Save in the same format: Files are written back in the format they arrived in, so anyone you send them to can open them normally.
Simple enough that nobody needs training
The hardest thing about changing office software is usually the retraining bill. Liberals Office 369 is deliberately conventional — the menus sit where you expect, the toolbars look like the ones you have used for twenty years, and the launcher puts all six apps one click away.
- Familiar layouts, so existing habits still work
- One launcher for all six apps, with light and dark in a single click
- Tiles for PDF Pro and Surf too — they open the app once it is installed
Offline is the whole point
There is no account to create and no service to sign into, because there is no server on the other end. The suite runs entirely on your machine, which means it keeps working on a plane, behind a locked-down corporate firewall, or on a site with no connectivity at all.
- No account, no sign-in, no subscription check
- No telemetry and no usage reporting
- Documents never leave the machine they were written on
Opens what you already have
Built on the open-source LibreOffice engine, which is what gives it mature handling of both the Microsoft formats most companies exchange and the OpenDocument standard.
- Microsoft formats: .docx, .xlsx, .pptx — read and write
- OpenDocument formats: .odt, .ods, .odp
- Files stay in their original format, so colleagues can open them normally
Install it, or don’t
It will ship two ways: a normal Windows installer, and a portable build that runs from a folder or a USB stick without installing anything or writing to the registry — useful on machines you do not administer.
- Windows installer for ordinary desktop use
- Portable build with no installation and no registry changes
- Tabbed ribbon interface with a contextual properties sidebar
In numbers
- 6 Applications in one suite
- 0 Accounts, servers or telemetry
- 100% Offline — files never leave your machine

Why we built it
Office software drifted online, and the price was your documents living on someone else’s servers behind an account you have to keep paying for. Liberals Office 369 goes the other way. Six apps, one install, and an interface that looks like what you already know — so nobody needs training to write a letter or balance a budget. It opens the formats you have, works with the network cable pulled out, and never asks you to sign in.
